I had a very positive experience today. The nurse was extremely professional and attentive throughout the treatment, and she carefully adjusted the settings according to my pain tolerance, which made me feel much more comfortable and reassured. The front desk staff were also very patient and kind. They took the time to explain my questions clearly and made sure I understood the treatment process. When I felt pain during the procedure, they even gave me a stress ball to squeeze, which was a small but very thoughtful gesture. Overall, I felt well looked after and would highly recommend this clinic.

This is my second time of treatment in this clinic. The environment here is exceptionally clean and modern, with a bright, welcoming atmosphere from the reception area to the treatment rooms. A lovely surprise was the self-service refreshment corner — they offer a selection of drinks (tea, coffee, water) along with light snacks and delicious little biscuits. It really makes the wait feel relaxing and pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything was handled efficiently. Yuki Clinic not only delivers great service but also shows genuine care through these considerate details. Highly recommended!
