Really poor service! When I had my consultation with Isabel I was told I could book in to her or another male practitioner. Having had the initial consultation with Isabel I was super confident in her ability and skill and also comfortable with having a female practitioner. When I eventually booked the 6 PRP sessions I wasn't able to book with Isabel because she just has a baby and was doing reduced hours. I wasn't to happy with the first session - the male practitioner hardly spoke, I wasn't really sure what what happening and he wasn't very friendly. I had another session booked in May however my dad sadly passed away and I had to cancel appointment with just 24 hours noticed. Imagine my dad passed away and I was thinking about cancelling my appointment the very next day and the receptionist was quite cold didn't even pass on sympathy but rather said to me well can you submit evidence of his passing and email management. Whilst I understand some due diligence should be carried out I don't know who would actually lie about someone passing away in their family, especially a parent. Once I was ready to rebook I called the clinic and wanted to book in with Isabel and was told Isabel does not do PRP sessions and never had... Which is absolutely absurd because Isabel herself had told me and my husband we could book in with her. I then emailed the clinic manager who's also wasn't very accommodating so I'm now stuck with 5 remaining session with a males practitioner who I don't feel comfortable with! I was also told if for religiously reasons I needed to see a female then Isabel would accommodate, so now I need to be a Muslim to be able to get a female practitioner! I wouldn't trust this clinic they have lied from day dot. ----------------------------------------- 27.08.26 I felt I needed to respond as I don’t believe your reply accurately reflects what happened. Firstly, my father passed away, so unfortunately I was unable to provide 48 hours’ notice. I understand you have a cancellation policy, but I was disappointed by how your receptionist responded when I told her. She was abrupt, immediately referred me to the cancellation policy and told me to contact management. At an incredibly difficult time, I felt a basic level of empathy was lacking. A subsequent WhatsApp message offering condolences does not change how that initial interaction made me feel. Regarding Isabelle, I also strongly disagree with the explanation provided. When I purchased my six-session PRP package, my husband and I had a consultation with Isabelle and were specifically told that she was working reduced hours following the birth of her baby, but that I could have my PRP with her before 5pm. I am therefore extremely disappointed to now be told that Isabelle would never have suggested I book with her. That is simply not my experience, and I feel the clinic is now trying to rewrite what I was originally told rather than acknowledging there may have been a misunderstanding. I was also disappointed to be told that Isabelle could only see me if my reason for not wanting a male practitioner was faith or religious-based. I am a woman and I am not comfortable having this treatment with a male practitioner. I don't believe I should have to justify that preference. I have five treatments remaining and have offered to continue with a female practitioner, but this has not been accommodated. I therefore believe it is reasonable to request a refund for the unused treatments and have disputed the payment under my consumer rights. I genuinely don't want to continue dealing with the clinic, but I feel I have been left with no alternative. If this cannot be resolved, I will be honest about my experience in a public review. Any review would be factual and based on my experience and the correspondence between us. I hope you will reconsider and agree to refund the five remaining treatments so we can resolve this amicably.

From my initial enquiry through to the procedure and post-operative support, the team at MHB Clinic has been professional, responsive and reassuring. They took the time to answer my questions in detail, arranged a consultation with Dr Dezayie to discuss my concerns and ensured I felt informed before proceeding. On the day of the surgery, the entire team was attentive and supportive. Dr Dezayie explained each step clearly and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable throughout the procedure. The aftercare guidance has also been clear, with the clinic remaining available to answer any follow-up questions. Overall, my experience with MHB Clinic has been positive and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and patient-focused hair transplant clinic. Although the results are yet to come, however the journey till now has been really good!

Have had prp treatments and a hair transplant. Could not fault MHB at all, highly professional from the first consultation. Prp treatment- Martin always makes you feel relaxed and explains what he is going to do. He always says, if I want a break, just let him know. The hair transplant is obviously a lot more involved but again I always felt relaxed and at ease while they were working on me. It was a big decision but I 100% made the right decision going with MHB and I recommend them to everyone who asks me about my hair transplant. The price was amazing for the service I received, I’m 4 months post HT and the results are fantastic already. Big thank you to Dr Dezayie, Isobel and Martin. The dream team!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here with Martin and Isabella. From day one, they were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process and making the bookings seamless so much easier compared to other clinics I’ve dealt with. All the expenses were clear and reasonable, and their treatment approach is both professional and well-priced. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always made sure I got the appointments on the dates I asked for on short notice. Highly recommend this clinic, especially because of the excellent service from Martin and Isabella. They truly made the whole experience stress-free and smooth.
