I had an excellent experience with The London Cosmetic Clinic from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I had keloid removal surgery followed by steroid injections, and every step was explained clearly. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. Their expertise and reassurance really helped to ease my nerves. The procedure itself was carried out with great care, and I felt I was in very capable hands. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organised, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. The aftercare advice was thorough, and I left feeling confident about my recovery. It’s clear that they genuinely care about achieving the best possible outcome for their patients, not just during the procedure but afterwards as well. My first experience of private healthcare and I felt the level of care truly reflected the cost. All staff were knowledgeable, professional and attentive throughout. Dr Salinda Johnson talked me through the entire process clearly and made me feel very comfortable. My consultation was six weeks prior and on the day I did have around an hours wait past my appointment time. However, the quality of treatment and care more than made up for it, and I assume this was a one-off. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr Salina Johnson is an exceptional professional. From the very beginning, her knowledge, care, and attention to detail were evident throughout my son’s keloid removal procedure. At just 12 years old, this was understandably a daunting experience for him, but Dr Johnson ensured he felt safe, reassured, and well looked after every step of the way. Her team reflects the same level of excellence. A special mention to Ruby, her assisting nurse, who stayed by my son’s side during the surgery, keeping him calm and offering constant reassurance. Her kindness and presence made a world of difference in such a vulnerable moment. Even after the procedure, Dr Johnson took the time to speak directly with us, providing comfort, clarity, and confidence in the success of the treatment. That level of care and communication truly sets her apart. I would highly recommend Dr Johnson and her outstanding team to anyone seeking expert care delivered with genuine compassion.

I truly would give 10 stars if I could! I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough!!! I am so deeply grateful to the entire staff and Dr. Johnson for the excellent level of service and care that was provided. I came in for help with keloids from a breast reduction surgery. I am truly blown away from the success I’ve had after just 5 treatments, my keloids have completely flattened and look night and day different. What really sets the place apart is the level of service and care provided by every single staff member. Every single person I interacted here was so deeply warm, caring, kind, and welcoming. They all truly got to know me and made me feel safe and welcomed. This is obviously a scary treatment to get, and everyone here just went out of their way to make it as easy and pleasant as possible. I always felt I was in the best possible hands, and I’ll really always be grateful for the treatment and the kindness I was shown here.
