Disclaimer
On the Register is a factual reference: who is registered, what the rules say, and the maths. Here is what that means, and what it doesn't.

Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription. It doesn’t replace a conversation with a doctor, nurse or pharmacist who knows your health. Always follow the advice of your prescriber and the leaflet that comes with your medicine.
In an emergency, call 999. For urgent advice, contact NHS 111 (in Scotland, NHS 24 on 111; in Northern Ireland, your GP or GP out of hours service).
Not a recommendation
A provider being listed here means we have matched it to a regulator’s public register. It is not an endorsement. Registration means a provider is regulated; it doesn’t tell you that its service, prices or treatment are right for you.
We don’t recommend a medicine, a dose or a provider. Lists are ordered by distance or Google rating, with providers that have Google reviews shown first. Payment never affects the order.
Prescription medicines
Weight-loss injections and other licensed peptide medicines are prescription-only in the UK. Nothing here is an advertisement for any prescription medicine, and nothing here tells you to start, change or stop one.
Our tools are reference and maths, built from public sources:
- The peptide calculator does the arithmetic for a dose you have already been prescribed. It doesn’t suggest a dose.
- The dose schedules show the licensed step up from the official product information. Your prescriber sets your actual doses and pace.
- The NHS checker shows which route the published rules point to. Whether you get treatment is a clinical decision.
- The comparator lays out facts side by side. It doesn’t say which medicine is right for you.
Unlicensed peptides
Our peptide pages explain the UK legal status of each compound and the evidence behind it. They are information only. We never list or link to sellers of unlicensed peptides, and we give no dosing for them. See Are peptides legal in the UK?
Accuracy
Our provider data comes from the regulators’ public registers and from providers’ own websites. Each record shows when we last checked it. Registrations, services and prices change, so always check a provider on the public register yourself before you start. Each provider page links straight to its register entry. See How we verify providers.
The rules behind our tools (for example NHS eligibility and licensed dose schedules) are dated on each tool page. They can change after that date.
Independence
We don’t sell treatment or medicines, and we don’t take commission on any treatment.
Other websites
We link to regulators, official guidance and providers’ own websites. We aren’t responsible for their content, and a link isn’t an endorsement.
Side effects
If you think a medicine has caused a side effect, tell your prescriber and report it through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
