Had my appointment today with Dr Laila Kaikavoosi and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The advice was absolutely first class and everything was explained so clearly and in a way that made so much sense. After feeling completely fobbed off by the NHS and being told that there was “no such thing as blood tests” for menopause, it was such a relief to finally speak to someone who actually listened, took my concerns seriously and explained everything properly. I came away feeling listened to, understood and reassured, and most importantly, like I finally have a clear path forward. Thank you so much for your time, advice and support ☺️ I’m genuinely excited for the next stage and can’t wait to see how things progress! 🥰

I just had an online consultation with dr Hilli and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very patient and cheerful and took time to ask about my questions in details. She also explains to me about the hormones replacement therapy in details, the precautions, and the side effects.
