Just wonderful. I am a huge wimp and can't handle having blood drawn. Agnes and the team are reassuring, quick, efficient and really go above and beyond. Until I went there, I would pass out cold after every blood draw and its never happened with them. I must reiterate how smooth and speedy the whole process is. They're like the Rolls Royce of Phlebotomy and worth every penny.
