Unexpected emergency at the weekend necessitated a home examination. The doctor arrived on time and was calm and directional. More important was the inspiring follow-up from the same doctor as the medical outturns at A&E became chaotic, unpredictable and challenging. Throughout three days of turbulence as post accident care options were examined, assessed and negotiated the doctor took initiatives to provide both planning guidance and active interventions with the care options. We have never seen anything like this level of engagement and quiet determination to achieve a route through this difficult forest of confusion. Exceptional.

I had an issue with my elbow and contacted the Brook Surgery - I was given an appointment immediately. The doctor was extremely helpful, took time to listen, and quickly referred me to a specialist. I was able to see the specialist within just 30 minutes! Incredible service from start to finish. I'm very pleased and highly recommend the Brook Surgery for their efficiency, professionalism, and care.

Great experience. Not a member of this Surgery I phoned as an emergency. Thirty minutes later I had an appointment with a doctor who was kind & caring, diagnosed my symptoms , and then contacted a specialist, with whom I had an appointment a couple of hours later. Even the receptionist asked me when I called several days later how I was. EXCELLENT and IMPRESSIVE care.

From the moment you step through the door of The Brook Surgery you are greeted with warmth and caring. My own Doctor, Emily, is exceptional. She goes above and beyond every step of the way to make sure I get the best possible care. I feel completely supported and cared for. Every member of their team is faultless and I am thankful everyday that I have found such a wonderful practice.
