I had an amazing experience at London Cryo. I tried the sauna with red light therapy, the lymphatic massage, and the body sculpting treatments, and everything was absolutely perfect. The team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Valentina, Lakshmi, and Javarn for taking such great care of me they truly made the experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend London Cryo to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and outstanding service.

Wend down to victoria coach station had to pick some family up they got delayed so I ended up finding this place to kill some time and I will say I do not regret it, I had a very warm welcome from Gretta and I really enjoyed trying cryotherapy for the first time. Only takes 10mins in total and I was in the chamber for 2 mins and I feel amazing especially in the cold weather now really helped my blood to start flowing and warming me up.

I attended the clinic yesterday for the infrared sauna, electrolyte, vitamins and plant extract shot, cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, LED cryo face mask and had an absolutely AMAZING experience!
