Had a BBL & Moxi facial, I’m only one treatment in and already I’ve seen a huge improvement. So much pigmentation has disappeared! The staff are so lovely and they really make you feel at ease with the treatments. Thanks so much I can’t wait for my next treatments !

Have been coming to the Loughton branch for years and cannot recommend Jenna highly enough. She is always so warm and welcoming, listening to my concerns and offering help and advice. Every treatment she has delivered has been just what I needed…. Will definitely be returning!

I booked a “pregnancy-safe facial” and received an online confirmation of the booking. Their own marketing explicitly states the facial is safe for all trimesters of pregnancy. I travelled a long way to get there, only to be told on arrival that my booking wasn’t actually confirmed, and that they couldn’t perform the treatment because I’m 9 weeks pregnant despite their website claiming it’s suitable for every trimester. This was a complete waste of my time and money on travel, with zero warning beforehand. If there are restrictions based on how far along you are, this needs to be made clear at the point of booking not sprung on you after you’ve shown up. Avoid booking this treatment if you’re in your first trimester, and don’t trust their booking confirmation call ahead to make sure your appointment is actually confirmed before you go.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Dr Leah clinic. The doctors and therapists at Dr Leah Clinics are still excellent, and I have always been happy with the clinical care I received. However, based on my recent experience with the clinic’s management, I can no longer recommend the practice. Specifically, I would urge the owner to look into the conduct of Judith Hamilton and the way long-standing patients are being treated. On 23 June, I visited the Moorgate clinic to collect pre-ordered skincare products. I paid using the card machine, which displayed a green “Accepted” confirmation. After walking back to my nearby office in 35°C heat, dressed in office clothes, I received a phone call asking me to return because there was supposedly an issue with my payment. I went all the way back to the clinic, only to be told that the payment had actually gone through. There was no apology—just a blunt “That’s how the system works.” As a result, I was late for an important meeting. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. Over the following days, I received repeated phone calls, voicemails and emails demanding payment, in a manner that genuinely felt like dealing with a debt collection agency. I received no apology—only further demands to pay. To avoid any further hassle, I used the payment link provided in one of the emails and made a bank transfer. Even that did not resolve the issue. On 27 June, I attended the Baker Street clinic for a treatment that had already been prepaid. Before my appointment even began, I was once again confronted with demands for payment. I had to show my bank statement multiple times while staff consulted their manager over the phone. Throughout the entire interaction, I was made to feel like I was trying to avoid paying, despite having already done so. At no stage did anyone apologise for the inconvenience, the repeated mistakes, or the embarrassment caused. Over the years I have spent approximately £12,000 at Dr Leah Clinics, and I also referred my husband, who has spent around £3,200 himself. I mention this not because I believe loyal customers deserve special treatment, but because it makes this experience even harder to understand. The medical professionals at this clinic deserve praise, but the management experience has been so disappointing that I can no longer recommend the practice. I sincerely hope the owner investigates what happened, as no patient—new or long-standing—should be treated this way.

Dr Leah is exceptional. Extremely professional, warm, and instantly puts you at ease. Her injection technique is outstanding — precise, gentle, and results-focused. Easily the best injector I’ve been to. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
