We came to Fitzrovia after several years at a larger clinic, and the difference was obvious immediately. The attention and warmth here are on another level entirely - you never feel like just another patient. The care itself feels equally exceptional. Dr Khanjani took the time to work with us properly from the very start. Despite a very challenging medical situation, she was consistently attentive and dedicated, and the investigations and treatment plans she designed felt extremely sophisticated and tailored to us. She always listened and explained things, and she made herself available even in the evenings and at weekends. The wider clinical team are wonderful, too. Rebecca, Shelley, Sue, Carla, Fanus, Suzie, Dr Balachandren and Dr de Braud are all excellent at what they do, and they carried us through every high and low with real kindness. We're so grateful to the entire Fitzrovia team, and couldn't recommend them more.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Fitzrovia Fertility highly enough. From the very beginning, I felt completely listened to, supported and cared for. As someone with a higher BMI, I went into the process feeling quite anxious about potentially being judged or treated differently, but I never once felt that way at Fitzrovia. I was always treated with kindness, respect and compassion, and that meant so much during what can be such an emotional and vulnerable experience. The clinic itself is beautiful and has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Appointments were always incredibly efficient and on time, but I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. Every member of staff we encountered was wonderful. A particular thank you has to go to Rebecca, our fertility coach, who did so much more than simply organise and schedule our appointments. She was always there when I needed reassurance, advice or just someone to talk to, at times she felt more like a therapist than a fertility coach! Having someone so accessible and genuinely caring made the whole process feel so much less overwhelming. The nurses were equally lovely, whether taking bloods, helping during appointments or simply offering reassurance, and of course the consultants were fantastic throughout. There was a real sense that everyone genuinely cared about us and the outcome of our treatment. Fitzrovia is just a really special, wholesome place with an amazing team of people. Fertility treatment can be such an emotional journey, and I will always be incredibly grateful that ours was in their hands. Thank you so much to the entire team for everything you did for us. It is a rare thing to see something done truly excellently. Healthcare is a field where excellent vs good can make such a life-changing difference. Dr Khanjani and her team at Fitzrovia Fertility are the embodiment of excellence in healthcare; it has been such a privilege to see them work, to see the care with which they treated my wife, to see the incredible standard at which they operate. They took what was a very difficult and anxiety-inducing situation for my wife and myself, and brought a calm professionalism to each encounter to ensure the best possible outcome. Moreover there is a special personal quality at Fitzrovia; every single person there (Dr. Khanjani, Shelley, Rebecca, the whole team) clearly cares deeply about the work they do and the people they treat. They are also clearly proud to do it. I even joked with my wife that there was something almost sacred about the clinic; a space run by women for women, and with a mission to protect one of the most beautiful experiences life has to give. In short, Fitzrovia Fertility is excellent. Five stars almost does not feel like enough. I highly recommend Fitzrovia Fertility. I recently went through egg freezing and felt very well looked after throughout what can be a daunting process. Mr Mavrelos was warm, knowledgeable and reassuring. I felt in very safe hands and that my treatment was genuinely tailored to me. Rebecca was encouraging and supportive throughout, and Shelley was patient and calming, especially when explaining medications. Communication was excellent, finances were transparent and everything was clearly explained at each stage. A great team and a very positive experience overall.
