Unprofessional service and unprofessional staff – avoid! I've been to this clinic a couple of times with a specific concern. After an initial consultation, the doctor recommended the most expensive treatment, assuring me it was the best option. Unfortunately, it proved to be completely ineffective. After spending a couple of thousand pounds, my facial condition is now significantly worse than it was when I first came to the clinic. The doctor failed to recognise that the treatment she recommended was unsuitable for my facial structure and would produce the opposite of the intended result. When I raised my concerns with the clinic, they refused to accept any responsibility or acknowledge that anything had gone wrong. They also refused to consider any form of compensation. Instead, they suggested that I pay for an additional treatment in the hope that it might improve the outcome. I definitely do not recommend this clinic. UPD. The clinic's reply below is simply a lie. I raised my concerns just a few weeks after the first treatment and attended a second consultation with the same doctor. I explained that the result of the first treatment was the exact opposite of what I had hoped to achieve and asked whether she would still recommend proceeding with the second treatment. She said yes. As a result, my facial condition is now significantly worse than it was before I underwent treatment at this clinic, and I have also lost a couple of thousand pounds. This all proves the very low qualifications of the doctors working at the clinic and the clinic administration's lax attitude towards its patients! The clinic's response below is false. I raised my concerns on numerous occasions and cooperated with the clinic in the hope of reaching a reasonable resolution. However, the clinic failed to address my concerns, leaving me with no option but to take legal action to protect my rights.
