The service is fantastic and genuinely personalised. I’ve only had two sessions so far, but I can already see a real difference in my focus, energy levels, and overall mood. Dr Michael took his time to explain my blood results in a way I could fully understand, breaking down the complex report into clear, simple language and answering all my questions without rushing. He made what could have been overwhelming feel easy and reassuring, and he checked in with me regularly throughout my visit. Paula administered my IVs (vitamins ans NAD+) and vitamin injections with absolute expertise. She stayed with me to check how I was feeling throughout, making sure I was comfortable at every stage. She’s an expert with a needle I barely felt a thing and such a warm, engaging person that I could have happily talked with her for hours. Everything felt highly personalised and delivered with a level of experience you can really trust. The clinic itself is stunning high-end yet soothing and the location couldn’t be more convenient, just five minutes from Bond Street station. Highly recommend NAD Clinic for anyone looking for a professional, personalised, and truly caring experience.
