I'm a new client of Adonia, but wished to say a big thank you to Amie, Joanna and Fajar for their kindness, courtesy and warm welcome earlier this week. I was quite stressed trying to make it on time through a busy London; the moment I arrived, they each put my mind at ease with their professionalism, organisation and expertise. I'm looking forward to starting this journey with yourselves, and appreciate all the work that goes into representing the Adonia brand, and creating the best experience for clients. Thank you! (I'm using a different email/name here, but you'll know who I am :))
Read on Google ↗I had a consultation with Adonia Medical Clinic and had a really positive experience. From the moment I spoke with the team, everyone was friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. A special thank you to Dr Shena, who was absolutely lovely. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed and explained everything clearly, including the different options and solutions available to me. I felt genuinely heard and reassured after our conversation. I had read the reviews before booking my consultation and I'm glad I did because my experience lived up to them. I would definitely recommend Adonia Medical Clinic to anyone looking for professional, caring, and attentive service.
Read on Google ↗Overall, I’ve had really positive experience at Adonia Medical Clinic. I attended the clinic for DPN removal and have to say, I have nothing but praise for Dr Ejikeme. She’s very skilled and certainly knows her craft. I’m really thrilled with the results. After some initially scheduling issues post consultation, I met Ugochi from operations. She is personable and very professional-a true asset. She took my concerns on board and worked very hard to resolve the issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Adonia Medical Clinic and look forward to returning in the not so distant future. Thank you
Read on Google ↗I had a really lovely experience at Adonia Clinic and wanted to share how great Dr Sheena was. From the moment I walked in, the reception team were so friendly and welcoming, and I was seen very quickly. The clinic itself is clean, calm, and just feels really nice to be in. Dr Sheena made me feel comfortable straight away. She was kind, easy to talk to, and took the time to really listen. She asked lots of detailed questions to understand what was going on and helped get to the root of the issue, which for me was traction alopecia. The consultation was very thorough. She examined my scalp carefully and took photos of the areas I was concerned about, explaining everything clearly as she went. I never felt rushed and felt like I was in really good hands. Overall, such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be going back for more treatments and I’m excited to see the results!
Read on Google ↗I had a bad experience at Adonia Medical Clinic which was stressful and had an ongoing impact on my wellbeing. My skin has improved since leaving. I also found aspects of the clinic’s communication to be unprofessional. The first red flag for me was the 3-month wait to speak to a doctor. While I initially saw this as a positive, I later felt the care I received was not attentive or personalised. In my experience, treatment plans felt generic rather than tailored to me. I also had to take time off work due to limited availability, and on some occasions I was kept waiting for over an hour. In my opinion, I personally was not happy with how my skin looked during my time at the clinic while being treated by Dr Ejikeme. It often appeared irritated and textured, and felt consistently up and down despite being around a year into treatment and “trusting the process.” This was particularly disappointing as I had a major life event during this time. For context, I spent thousands of pounds here. I also experienced issues at the clinic with their organisation and communication, including delays in responses to emails, and seemingly a potential break down in communication between front-of-house and the doctor. - This was concerning as front-of-house were often responsible for delivering part of the treatment. In my view, I feel that there is room for improvement at the clinic in terms of the management of clinic operations and customer service skills.
