I’ve always had an allergy to shaving, and after every haircut my skin would break out really badly. Since starting laser hair removal, my skin has improved massively. I no longer get breakouts, and my skin feels so much healthier. The team are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I’ve always been well looked after by Hanan, who does my laser hair removal. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I’ve seen a huge difference after just two sessions, with much less hair regrowth and smoother, healthier-feeling skin. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal.

I recently visited City Skin Doctor for a microdermabrasion treatment . The premises were immaculately clean and the overall environment felt welcoming. At my first appointment, my skin was too dry for treatment. Receptionist didn’t appear very empathetic she was ok but Hanan, my therapist, seemed helpful. Hanan checked my skin advised postponing the session rather than going ahead. I was concerned about losing my deposit, but Hanan reassured me she would make a note on my file, which she did. I returned on another day and completed the treatment without any issues because Hanan recognised me. I appreciated her honesty and flexibility. While I was waiting, another client arrived quite late for their appointment. Hanan still did her best to accommodate them, which showed she was helpful and customer focused. The only area for improvement was during the treatment itself. At times, the technique did not feel as smooth or confident as I expected, and there were moments where it felt a little harsh on my skin. I appreciate this comes with experience, and I’m sure her confidence and technique will continue to develop. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the excellent customer service and professionalism shown throughout my visits. I would return again.

Staff were friendly but months on my lip filler has caused little lumps that move about on one side of my top lip especially on the side that had slightly more filler, as they weren’t done completely symmetrically. So I’m doubting the quality of the filler they use. Also they don’t tell you which filler they are using. The other place I went to informed me completely and explained everything and I didn’t have any of the issues I have now. My lips turned out beautifully there. Really wanted to like them but I wouldn’t go here again because of this.

I’ve been visiting this clinic for several years now, originally finding them through a Groupon offer, and I can honestly say I’ve always had a great experience. Dr. Ibrahim is excellent—very professional and genuinely puts his patients first. He doesn’t just recommend treatments for the sake of it; he is very conservative in his approach and always considers what is actually suitable rather than simply trying to sell procedures. I’ve always felt he has my best interests in mind, including being mindful of cost. Over the years I’ve had filler, hifu & lemon bottle treatments, and I’ve never had any issues at all. The results have always been very good and natural. The reception and overall staff are also lovely—welcoming, friendly, and helpful every time I visit. I’ve been to several clinics over the years, and I can confidently say this is the best one I’ve found. Highly professional, honest, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.
