Dr Brink is highly highly expert, extremely professional and responsible - including strong ethical adherence to the "do no harm" principle and hippocratic oath. I had a complex situation with elevated HCT, which is normal for TRT - but in my case I had also had a historical life threatening pulmonary embolism (many years before starting TRT - following a long flight). This makes my theoretical/statistical risk profile different than a normal patient, and many TRT docs might simply refuse to treat someone like me, to avoid any risk of liability. However Dr Brink was also mindful of my history of long-term depression, which TRT helps me with. He therefore made great efforts and time to engage with me and my NHS consultant haematologist, and come up with a treatment plan which would be satisfactory to the haematologist in terms of safety, while also enabling me to continue the benefits of TRT. I think it is truly exceptional to receive this level of care - and he did not even charge me for the correspondence and two additional online meetings we needed to sort things out. In an era where many patients have been losing trust in the medical industry in general, I can tell you he is most definitely "one of the good ones"!

The entire team looked after me in a kind, caring and professional manner from the first moment of contact to receiving my medication and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. When I needed my medication urgently before going away on holiday they pulled out all the stops to make it happen. I’m two weeks into taking my hormone treatment and it’s changed my life. My husband says he’s got the old ME back 😉 😉 I’m so blessed to be feeling more positive and focused again and my mood has lifted so much. Thank you a million times.
Read on Google ↗I have been with BMH for almost a year and could not recommend this company highly enough, the care and support along my journey has been above and beyond by my case manager George Dowdall and Dr Bradley between these two people I’ve felt nothing but support, I’ve had to have a few treatment tweaks over time to get the right plan for me, and now I have it’s been fantastic! My Dr and case manger have always been super responsive and very fast to answer any questions I have had along the way down to zoom call appointments emails messages ect! Anyone thinking of TRT journey I would go with this company in a heart beat.
