As a first-timer to advanced aesthetic treatments, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr Cian and Trina were incredibly helpful and professional throughout my consultation. They took the time to provide detailed information and tailored a clear treatment plan aimed at improving my skin, as well as addressing my concerns regarding my double chin and jawline. What I appreciated most was their non-pushy approach! They offered well-explained options and allowed me to choose what felt right for me. Having only had experience with Hydrafacials and laser hair removal previously, I decided to try Microneedling for the first time. Dr Cian thoroughly walked me through both the pre- and post-treatment instructions. When my skin experienced a sensitive reaction the night after the procedure, their team responded swiftly. They arranged an in-person review for me the very next day, carefully assessed my skin, provided clear guidance on how to manage the recovery, and ensured I was fully looked after with medical support. I felt incredibly well cared for when my skin reacted. I am genuinely looking forward to my next session and can’t wait to get started on my jawline and double chin treatments next time. Highly recommended!!!!🫶🏻

I’m still new to OSO Clinic, I only started a few months ago after searching for a good clinic that truly takes care of its patients. When I found OSO Clinic, I decided to choose and try it for my health, especially for my skin. My experience here has been amazing, and I really appreciate the care and effort they give me. I especially want to commend their clinic manager, Trina. She is incredibly welcoming and communicates so well with both new and existing patients. She even immediately offers you a drink of your choice while you’re inside the clinic, which makes the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. For me, this clinic is truly tested and high-quality, more than 100%! I would definitely give this clinic a more than full 5-star rating. Great job to Trina the smiling and beautiful Manager and to all the nurses who take care of me every time I have an appointment. You will never regret choosing this clinic. Come to OSO Clinic. You definitely won’t regret it. Well done, OSO Clinic!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰♥️🫶🏻

Dr Cian was great! I had Botox for my frown lines and crow’s feet, and I’m really happy with the results. From start to finish, the whole experience was very smooth. The clinic is clean, professional, and well-organised, which made me feel at ease straight away. The doctor’s technique was gentle and precise, and the procedure itself was much more comfortable than I expected. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming, and they even provided Chinese translation, which made communication so much easier. Overall, a very positive experience – I would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at OSO Clinic! The consultation was thorough we had an informative chat that made me feel completely at ease. I went ahead with the immunity IV drip, which left me feeling energised and revitalised, followed by a precise Botox treatment with natural-looking results. The doctor-led team is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the clinic is spotless. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-quality aesthetics and IV therapy in London! 👏🏼
