I cannot explain in words how brilliant this place is! From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel comfortable. Sam and Sofia on reception are both incredible. Welcoming and professional! I came in not knowing what to expect, I left feeling so much better. After explaining that I was looking at what IV drip options there were, I was seen by Elizabeth, a nurse at Harpel. The premises had such a nice feel to it and it is immaculate. Elizabeth took her time to go through everything with me and I had a magnesium drip. As someone who is very anxious I was made to feel at ease and felt calm throughout. I actually feel a bit emotional writing this as I have had a challenging few months and it was so nice to feel listened too and understood. I can't imagine ever writing a review where I feel as thankful for the service. The whole team are wonderful people and I am so grateful.

I had a really positive experience at the clinic and I’d certainly be back. Elizabeth was very gentle, friendly and knowledgeable. I have a bit of a needle phobia and she was very patient and calm. I could tell she had a lot of experience because I didn’t feel a single thing. She was able to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. My initial consultation with Victoria was also good. I felt in very safe hands with the team and I look forward to continuing treatment with them.

My name is Gurpreet. I had a really positive experience at Harpal Clinic on 26th March. The service was excellent from start to finish. The clinician was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the treatment. Overall, the experience was smooth, well-organised, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this clinic and would happily return again.

I had a really great experience at Harpal Clinic on 26th March. I attended with my friend and we were both very impressed with the service. Elisabeth was absolutely excellent - very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to reassure me throughout the treatment, which made me feel completely at ease. The whole experience was smooth and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will be returning again.

I've had 2 consultations so far with the dr and she seems good, and I'm happy with her but the clinic itself has really poor communication, one of the admin (Angel is nice) but another is very abrupt and unfriendly. The follow up info isn't timely or complete, and when you chase them, there is no apology for the gaps in info , just drips and drabs of info, they put you off from contacting them . On this basis I wouldn't recommend the clinic, as its unnecessarily stressful. .the services are expensive so you would hope front house and communication would be good.
