Derma Revive Skin Clinic

I had a very unpleasant experience with Derma Revive Skin and unfortunately would not recommend them. The first time I booked an appointment, it was specifically for a consultation about tattoo removal. I waited over 40 minutes, only to be told that their Pico laser could not remove coloured tattoos. The consultation lasted around five minutes, and I left. The following week, I received a call from the clinic telling me that the information I had been given was incorrect and that they actually do remove coloured tattoos. I decided to give them another chance and booked a second consultation. Yesterday, I arrived on time for my 6pm appointment. After waiting 24 minutes pass the appointment e, I decided to leave. For me, the issue isn't just the waiting time. It's the combination of being given conflicting information about a procedure and then being left waiting again despite having an appointment. As a new client, this really undermined my confidence in the level of care, communication and professionalism I could expect from the clinic. When you're considering treatments that involve your health and skin, trust and clear, consistent advice are extremely important and this clinic failed at both. So be aware.

I highly recommend this clinic! I recently had an M22 IPL treatment here, and the results have been amazing. My practitioner was Camellia, and she was absolutely incredible. Camellia is incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. After the treatment, I can see a visible fading of my dark spots, and my complexion looks much clearer and brighter. If you are planning to visit, I highly recommend booking with Camellia. She is fantastic at what she does!
