HRT patch change-day calendar
Lose track of when to change your HRT patch? Pick your patch and the day your first one goes on, and get the change days laid out, with the site to use each time so you don't reuse one too soon. Built from the change interval in the official leaflet. Not dosing advice.

How often each patch changes
Most estradiol patches are changed twice a week, every three to four days (Estradot, Evorel, Evorel Conti, Estraderm MX). Some are once a week, every seven days (FemSeven, FemSeven Conti, Progynova TS). The calendar uses your patch's interval and rotates the application site, leaving at least a week before a site is used again, as the leaflets advise. Always follow your own leaflet and your prescriber.
