Going through pancreatic cancer has been one of the hardest and most challenging experiences of my life. The treatment and side effects have been incredibly difficult, and there have been days when I wondered how I would get through it. Finding the support of integrative therapies with Wellbeing Medical Group alongside my cancer treatment has made a truly noticeable difference to how I feel day to day. I have felt more supported through the difficult periods, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention I’ve received. The difference has genuinely been felt in my everyday life. I can now spend some of my days going out for a little while, and working on my computer from home. I know everyone’s cancer journey is different, but for me, having integrative support alongside my medical treatment has been an important part of getting through this incredibly difficult time. I’m so grateful to have found something that has helped me feel more like myself again.
Read on Google ↗It is very uncommon for me to leave a review, but I wanted to take the time to share my experience with the team at Wellbeing Medical Group. From the beginning, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which gave me confidence in the treatment plan and the therapies being recommended. I decided to commit to a comprehensive plan, and the team spent a great deal of time explaining why they felt this would be the best approach for me. Having that time and understanding made a real difference. I have been extremely happy with the therapies and the support I have received throughout. I genuinely feel that the integrative approach has made a difference to my overall experience. A personal thank you to the nursing team, who have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and make my therapy plan work around my commitments. Their flexibility, kindness and understanding have been very much appreciated.
Read on Google ↗Great service throughout. The team were very informative, and whenever I needed more detail about the medical treatments, everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you for supporting my wife during her hospital treatment journey, it really made a difference to us as a family.
Read on Google ↗I cannot recommend this company. They quoted me for 10 treatments of 100 gram IVC and I duly paid a lot of money. Subsequently they only gave me 8 doses of 100 grams, the rest were very low dose. They claimed it was in accordance with what they had proposed but this was never communicated either verbally or in writing before I paid. The only written quote was for 90% of 11 doses were to be at 100 gram strength. That is 9.8 doses not 8. Nice people and facilities but they are scammers. The matter is now with Trading Standards. You have been warned.
Read on Google ↗I approached Wellbeing Medical Group regarding a family member’s diagnosis, and from the very beginning they have shown deep knowledge of cancer therapies along with clear, thoughtful guidance. I’ve also greatly appreciated their understanding of hospital cancer treatments and how best to align private support alongside them. Thank you so much for your guidance and support — please continue the wonderful work you do for patients and their families.
