Katie is absolutely wonderful! She is highly skilled and very professional, whilst still being very friendly and welcoming. I have seen incredible results in my skin since being under her care, taking on board and following her advice. Everything is individually tailored to your skin goals and what you skin actually needs. I absolutely recommend anyone who is serious, or looking to get serious with their skincare regime to see Katie! 😊
Read on Google ↗After suffering with suspected intolerance symptoms for sometime, the wellbeing clinic was able to swiftly arrange an appointment on the same day of enquiry, with a simple testing procedure carried out. All staff were friendly and professional, Sue took the time to discuss how the test and its resulted can be impacted by food choices among other factors. My results were turned around very quickly which provided me with reassurance, the results were outlined in an easy to understand format which also added to the overall experience. Thank you, would highly recommend and consider for other support in the future.
Read on Google ↗I am a great supporter of the NHS, which has always been there for myself and my family. We are so lucky to have that luxury knowing it’s there when you most need it. But, sometimes a rushed 10 minutes with your GP is not enough. When you need reassurance, in my case preceded by blood tests, I can highly recommend The Wellbeing Clinic . Time is given for explanations, and I know now what to keep an eye on. Thankfully my health is good. Knowledge is power, and I’m glad I went.
Read on Google ↗I recently signed up to Do Health, my nearest clinic for my blood to be taken was the Wellbeing Clinic. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help with my appointment. The clinician who took my blood was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. The procedure was quick, painless and carried out with great care. The clinic itself was spotless, modern and well organised, creating a calm and welcoming environment. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Wellbeing Clinic to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and friendly service.
Read on Google ↗I recently visited the clinic for a general wellbeing ultrasound scan, and I felt compelled to share just how positive my experience was. After my scan, I had a consultation with Sue Porter, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and compassionate person to guide me through everything. From the moment we spoke, she made me feel completely at ease, her warmth and kindness made it feel as though I’d known her for years. Sue explained everything clearly and gently, taking the time to ensure I felt reassured and informed, without ever feeling overwhelmed. What stood out most was how proactive and efficient she was, she arranged a follow-up appointment with a consultant incredibly quickly and handled everything seamlessly, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier to navigate. She also made it clear that I could reach out at any time if I had questions or needed support, which meant a great deal. I’m truly grateful for the care and professionalism I experienced. Sue combines genuine empathy with exceptional efficiency, and it made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the clinic to anyone seeking a high standard of care and support. Thank you so much, Catherine
