Honestly I’d give minus stars if I could takes forever to get an appointment they don’t send out prescriptions, reception over the phone are abrupt & rude & not helpful at all especially for children or people with disabilities

Absolutely excellent! Claire, the manager, is so nice and really cares about every problem—she’s the best manager or pharmacist you could ever have. And all the staff are lovely. Whenever you come with any issues, they genuinely care about you. They know the patients personally, and everything runs so smoothly. I would describe this pharmacy as five-star. Thank you very much for all your hard work!

Claire the pharmacist has saved my life with the weight loss clinic. I cannot thank her enough I have currently lost 4stone with her help. Her professionalism is first class and is so friendly and supportive and helped me more than a GP. The pharmacy is so clean and staff are so friendly too. A fantastic, fabulous and friendly efficient pharmacy indeed! - wouldn't go anywhere else, especially having been in, and with, few pharmacies in the past and hence well poised to make comparisons. In Abbeyfield Pharmacy, they are rarely “too busy” not to answer your telephone calls – made-calls which the patient considers important to get useful information and/or avoid wasted or unnecessary journeys, in person, to the pharmacy. One review I read here says…”Staff always welcoming and will always spend time to offer advice or explanations if required” – I couldn’t agree more! That they also open till past noon on Saturdays it’s an added bonus. Their Med-Point 24-hours prescription automatic dispenser, located outside and accessible anytime you want, as a registered user of this system, makes being with this pharmacy a stress-free experience. Their efficiency in advance packing/preparation of your medication, especially repeat prescriptions, would be difficult to match by other local pharmacies. Their computer system kind of remembers or keeps logs of your previous conversations with staff you had spoken to before, and unlike some other if not most pharmacies, you don’t have to repeat ALL again to another staff…the computer tells them part of the story for you. Super delightfully efficient! And with their newly refurbished and expanded premises….things are just getting better with them! I highly recommend this Pharmacy, and I hope they keep up the good work. Perhaps, I shouldn’t shout about it…in case they get inundated and then what? (smiling!) Well done to all the staff at Abbeyfield Pharmacy – I, my wife, and our friends & family are Happy being with you.
