She showed generous consideration by attending the clinic six hours before her normal starting time and carried out a fasting follow-up blood test ... which was immediately couriered to London. She then took the time to provide me with a detailed and extremely clear explanation of the results of a recent more extensive range of blood tests, leaving me feeling reassured. The bonus? Completely painless!

The appointment had been easy to make and was conducted in a quiet and comfortable setting. I was impressed by Sophie's calm professionalism, her close, pertinent questions and her grasp of my condition and concerns. I left feeling reassured by her treatment plan and feeling positive about the future.
