It used to be an excellent clinic! Since the takeover by MediChecks, it has fell to pieces and now it's all about profit over patients. They really need to learn that in order to make profit, you need to put patients first, not milk them dry and make life difficult.

I'm going to look for another trt clinic. They have increased their monthly fee from £23 to £28 per month. It's all about profit now and not about patients care. The email responses are slow you can't speak to anyone about sexual health problems or about the treatment you are recieving. Finally the cost of their blood testing is very expensive.

Poor experience. I was supplied testosterone in glass ampoules even though each ampoule contained more than a single dose, which created an obvious storage / sterility issue once opened. When I raised this, I was told I would need to pay extra for multi-use vials / extra consumables rather than the clinic taking responsibility. I was also asked to pay for a blood test during the dispute, only to then be told it would not be reviewed because my membership was inactive. Polite replies, but no refund and no fair resolution.

I have been so disappointed in the service after the sell off to medi checks. When I joined Dr Savage told me he wanted to keep prices low for patients so he would ask the NHS to do bloodwork and provide the prescription. Normally the NHS won't provide the prescription but they would do the bloodwork and he was happy to accept that. He said he wouldn't be like other clinics which were all about profit. He then sold off Leger to medichecks and they now no longer accept bloodwork from anywhere else, they no longer provide prescriptions and only use 1 pharmacy and now I've put in my repeat prescription, I'm now being quizzed about the time frame I'm ordering. I've ordered it in the same time frame for 3 years with no issues or questions! I will be leaving soon , they have went downhill and are all about profit and not about helping people. I seen many people say the same online, about how unhappy they are with Leger now. Think twice before joining them.

I have been a patient for 2 years with Leger. During this time, they got bought by medichecks. I haven't personally noticed much difference in service. Medications have always been supplied in plenty of time and clinicians respond to me quickly. The whole team have been polite and professional, from consultation, to the nurse practitioners and lovely admin staff. Blood results have always come back within a couple days. Overall, the service has been great. And the prices are much more reasonable compared to competitors- i hope this doesn't change!
