A deeply distressing experience - I would urge anyone considering this treatment to do their research extremely carefully. These are the risks and the care you can expect here. I visited Dr Grace Hula at G&M Healthcare on 26 September 2026 for Endolaser treatment and Botox injections. I expected a cosmetic treatment that tightens face, chin, and neck skin. I was left with an asymmetric face, a distorted smile, facial nerve damage and muscle immobility that have affected my work, confidence and daily life. None of the risks were explained beforehand and my symptoms were handled afterwards as if they were nothing. Two separate GPs and a neurologist said otherwise, I had to pay for one privately as the NHS A&E would not see me as this was done in a private clinic. The Endolaser procedure was very painful and rushed. I repeatedly expressed my discomfort and asked Dr Hula to be less heavy-handed pushing the cannulas into my face. It was brutal. Also, lot of Botox was inserted around my eyes and forehead, and yet I was made to lie down immediately, despite my concerns, so that she can get on with the laser. 25mls of liquid anaesthetic were inserted into my face in no time. Four-five shots of the laser were fired in each canula, one after the other, with no break – the right side of my face was on fire and painful. This is when Dr Hula inserted more anaesthetic on my left side, which is how, by her own admission, I ended up with two different results on the two sides of my face – it is 22 days now and the left side is swollen, with muscle immobility and a distorted smile. I am deeply concerned about how the procedure was carried out on the day. This is not the treatment you’d expect in a UK clinic. And l am incensed as to how my symptoms were handled afterwards. Changes to my face were apparent immediately after the treatment. I experienced facial asymmetry and swelling. On the left side of my face, I could not close my left eye, my eyesight went blurred, I could not move my mouth. The right side of my face now looks “shrunk”, and there is a difference in the way my eyes close and blink. The impact on my life, socially and professionally, has been devastating. I contacted Dr Hula’s team about my symptoms immediately and remain concerned that I did not receive the prompt and appropriate assessment and follow-up I believe the situation warranted – not just the response to my symptoms, but also the discussions about further aesthetic treatments – being pushed to consider “fillers” while I was experiencing these changes to my face. I am now undergoing medical investigation and awaiting a neurologist's report. At this stage, I do not know whether my face will return to its previous appearance. The uncertainty is expected to last for months and is extremely distressing. Dr Hula’s response has been to say “sorry” and to read the non-liability form I was sent prior to the treatment, as well as to want to keep things in a private communication channel. I will be sharing photographs showing the changes I observed after the procedure, how my face looked before and how it looks now, 22 days later. I believe anyone considering these treatments deserves clear information about the risks, careful treatment, appropriate aftercare and a prompt, serious response with accountability if complications arise. It is what the medical standard is. My experience has left me with significant concerns about all of these things. Think carefully and decide if you feel safe and can trust care here.
Read on Google ↗My appointment for eyebrow microblading was booked for 10:30am- Keisha had text me 13hours before my appointment as she wasn’t feeling well, she had said she wasn’t well enough to go to work. My mother had booked an appointment with a different member of staff at the same time so I would be able to drive her. When we arrived Keisha was sat at reception-even though she had informed me she was too unwell to even attend work. My mother proceeded with her appointment until Keisha had informed her that she had tonsillitis-she was forced to cancel her appointment. My mother has lung disease and is going on holiday in 5 days. All of this was stated in her medical questionnaire. I would genuinely avoid this place like the plague.
Read on Google ↗Top up of my eyebrows look a mess keisha you never topped up the all eyebrows even though they needed it due to gaps. You just drew brown thin lines which look a right mess you were more bothered about looking on your phone and getting other paying client in. 1 eyebrow is darker than the other one. Poor quality service would never recommend you keisha
