IV Vitamin & Therapy Lounge

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. My blood test results showed my ferritin was 6 and my haemoglobin was 80. I was unable to tolerate iron tablets because of the side effects, and after several calls and discussions with my GP, I was unable to get an iron infusion through them. A family friend recommended IV Vitamin & Therapy Lounge to me, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From my first consultation, Ussman was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to properly explain my blood results to me — something my doctors had failed to do. I later returned for an iron infusion, and both Ussman and Sunnah were fantastic. They made me feel completely calm and comfortable throughout the process, and I felt that I was in very safe hands. Following my recent blood test, my levels have improved significantly. I had been suffering from heart palpitations and restless legs for several years — symptoms that I had unfortunately come to think were just normal for me. Looking back, I wish I had sought help sooner because my health and overall wellbeing have been transformed for the better. Since then, I have also returned for Vitamin D and B12 treatments, as these levels tend to drop for me even while taking supplements, I’ve realised how important it is for me to stay on top of them. I am so grateful for everyone at IV Vitamin & Therapy Lounge for the care, knowledge and reassurance they have given me. I genuinely wish I had found them sooner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! Back in May 2026, I was really struggling with severe hay fever. My eyes were constantly itchy, my throat was irritated, and I had a non-stop runny nose. I decided to have the hay fever treatment, and after my appointment I noticed my symptoms improved significantly and I started feeling much better. The clinic was spotless, and the gentleman who carried out my treatment was so friendly, professional and reassuring. I have a real fear of needles, but I genuinely didn’t even feel it. After chatting with them about how exhausted I’d been feeling all the time (having three young boys definitely keeps me on my toes!), they recommended a B12 injection. Within just a few days, I felt a noticeable improvement in my energy levels. It made such a difference! 🤯 I was so impressed that I told my mum about the clinic. Rather than waiting weeks for GP blood tests, she had a full blood test there and received her results within just a few days. The results showed she was low in iron, so she returned for an iron IV drip. They looked after her so well, made her feel at ease throughout, and she was really happy with the care and service she received. From start to finish, the whole experience has been outstanding. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and genuinely take the time to listen and recommend what’s best for you. Health really is wealth, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to invest in their wellbeing.

Great great staff and service! I got immune system boost iv drip, and I didnt feel any sting from needle and whole time was comfortable -usually because my veins are narrow and weak nurses find hard to spot suitable vein in my arm for ivs/needles and been told i am “challenging” case, but this time it was done with ease. Plan to revisit, 10/10

I had a fantastic experience with this service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Answered all my questions and apprehension before the iron infusion. The treatment itself was quite quick, efficient and relaxing. I am already starting to feel better after a few days. The space was clean, modern, and well-organised, which added to the overall sense of professionalism. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wellness boost!
