Super supportive in my health journey, very thorough and I always feel comfortable to discuss any issues or worries I may have. Also had the hayfever injection from this clinic and has been a game changer for me. Would definitely recommend :)

I called last week to book an appointment after explaining to the receptionist that I wanted to see a doctor regarding a referral or some help for my relatives mental health.i felt they may need a low prescription as the NHS GP service fill a d form on the day & i couldnt get them in. Based on that conversation, I booked an appointment on line later that day The building itself is beautiful, and the receptionist was friendly enough. However, when I was called in, I was seen by a nurse, Vali Kaur, rather than a doctor. After I explained the situation, I was simply told that they don't deal with mental health, and that was the end of the appointment. She was a nurse anyway, and wasnt qualified to help I paid £95 and left without seeing a doctor or receiving any help. The nurse Vali was very dismissive, RUDE, didn't smile, and showed very little empathy or patient care. I have never experienced anything like it. If this practice doesn't provide mental health assessments or referrals, that should have been made clear when I booked the appointment. Instead, I paid £95 for an appointment that could never meet our needs. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The relative was seen by their own NHS GP a few days later, so help was given & treated with so much dignity and respect. The difference in the two is quite shocking . I honestly i wouldnt waste any money here. We left feeling very intimidated. No patient should be made to feel that way—this isn't the standard of care patients deserve.

I attended Regent Street Clinic on 25 June. As a senior practising NHS doctor, I have a clear understanding of what good clinical care looks like. It isn't just about medical knowledge—it is about listening to patients, communicating respectfully, and making shared decisions. Unfortunately, my consultation with Vali Kaur fell well below those standards. I found her manner unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and lacking empathy. I did not feel listened to or treated with the professionalism and respect that every patient deserves. Regardless of a clinician's expertise, there is no place for speaking to patients in a way that leaves them feeling belittled. Ironically, I have received far better care through the NHS than I experienced during this private consultation. Paying for healthcare should result in at least the same standard of communication and patient-centred care, if not better. The reason I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because Salim, the Practice Manager, was excellent. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely tried to help address my concerns. Without his intervention, this would have been a one-star review. Having since read other reviews, I note that concerns about communication and attitude do not appear to be unique to my experience. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken on board, because patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and compassion, whether they are seen privately or within the NHS.

I attended with the expectation of receiving individualised medical care based on my personal medical history. Unfortunately, that is not what I experienced from my clinician, Vali Kaur. Three years ago, I received an 80 mg hay fever injection from Vali Kaur, and I had no issues. At my appointment today, I requested a 40 mg dose. She told me that the medicine only comes in an 80 mg dose and that it was mandatory for me to receive 80 mg because of my weight. Over the last 2 years, I have attended Singh Pharmacy and AT Aesthetics in West Bridgford. I explained to both providers that I am probably overly concerned about the potential long-term side effects of the injection. Both advised that side effects are rare, particularly for seasonal use. Both also had the 40 mg vial available and said it might be slightly low. I could try 40mg, see how I responded and vary the dose if need be. In my case, 40 mg worked very well. I explained to Vali that the medicine does in fact come in a 40 mg form, as that is what I had previously been given by the two providers above. The Regents website also lists the price for the 40 mg vial. In addition, I have an established treatment history showing that 40 mg is an effective dose for me. Rather than explaining that only the 80 mg vial was currently available and offering to order the 40 mg vial, she responded rudely and said that she was the expert and knew better. In my view, that is not only an unacceptable attitude but also potentially unsafe in someone responsible for administering medication. Medical care should come first, making a profit second.
