Absolutely fantastic experience. Dr Aida Lau saw me very quickly and was incredibly kind, understanding and professional throughout. She genuinely went above and beyond to help me when I needed it, and I felt listened to and cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone. An excellent doctor and a lovely person!

Dr Lau was exceptional and empathetic at my appointment. She quickly recognised what my symptoms meant and named the likely condition that will need tests to confirm if I have it. I am convinced that I do, it all makes sense now. Other health professionals had not named this condition over months. Dr Lau kindly checked in with me after the appointment with her. Dr Lau was an exceptionally pleasant lady, professional, kind, and very caring. She listened to my concerns patiently, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation.
