I recently visited Kratos Medical for an iron infusion with Dr Greg and Sam, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were both incredibly professional, friendly, and happy to answer all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease throughout the whole process. They made me feel completely comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. The infusion itself has made such a difference! I already feel so much better. I recently had cause after an accident to pay a visit To Doctor Greg James at Kratos Medical due to Severe and unbearable pain and a Significant loss of movement in my left arm and shoulder. To be honest, the pain was unlike anything I’d ever felt before and was very debilitating, so obviously, I was very anxious as to what to expect and very worried about the manipulation, I might have to endure. I’ve got to say, Dr Greg Was absolutely brilliant, His attitude towards me, his professionalism and his total empathy to my situation made me feel relaxed and totally took away my anxiety and fear. Greg’s calm, reassuring and soft spoken manner was exemplary, he was very patient orientated, and treated me as a person rather than a patient. A further visit was necessary and because Dr. Greg had explained everything very plainly and extremely thoroughly previously I had no qualms about my second visit and knew exactly what to expect. Under his and his assistant’s professional approach, along with every provision made for my comfort and welfare throughout, the experience was, to be honest, one of being treated by someone who really cared about his patients and their experience under his hands. The result of his treatment, the thoroughness of his explanations, of what happens next and the advice he gave me as to the mechanism and procedure to be followed was amazing, the pain and movement had improved and gave me confidence in his prognosis of the future. I have already passed on his and the company’s name to my family and friends and will continue to recommend both to anyone I know in need of similar treatment.
