The location is very convenient, with parking close by, and the clinic itself is modern, clean, and well presented, which immediately creates a sense of trust and comfort. Check‑in was quick and straightforward, and I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The lady who carried out my blood test was exceptionally professional and clearly very experienced. She was friendly, welcoming, and put me at ease right away, while also having a very light touch – the procedure was painless and over in minutes. From start to finish, the service was super quick and highly efficient, without ever feeling rushed. The team manage to balance professionalism with a genuinely warm, human approach, which is rare and very much appreciated. This was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend the Croydon clinic to anyone needing blood tests. Thank you very much to the whole team – in my view, this is one of the best clinics around, staffed by true professionals.
