The Gender Hormone Clinic

I chose the Gender Hormone Clinic to begin HRT because I have heard and read good reviews about them. My friend is also under their care and he says that they are worth picking. For my in person visit, my appointment was with nurse Elise March. She was very lovely and kind, and she took me through the forms that said what would happen to my body along with all the risks. She took my blood pressure and my BMI as well as checking to see if my personal details were up-to-date. The receptionist/secretary for the GHC who I spoke to over the phone was very lovely and helpful. Overall, My experience was very good, and I felt comfortable while I was there.

Wonderful care, initial appointments set up well in advance with plenty of information all along the way, you can call or email any time and they will be more than happy to help answer your questions. Staff are lovely and attentive, Elise was wonderful and I can't wait to continue my care with these guys, well worth the cost to have genuinely caring medical professionals helping you on your journey! 10/10

I discovered this clinic after my assessment back in march, couldn’t have been happier with the results with Alex Coldrick and the clinic itself. They have helped with taking this path I’ve always wanted to take, I couldn’t be more happier. The prices of everything is really reasonable if you you’re tired of waiting for the NHS (like i was) and decide to go private it is a great option. It is very local and easy to get to the clinic as it’s in the town centre with many car parks if you drive and only a 10 minute walk from the station. However The only reason I haven’t given it 5/5 is the response via email, I understand there’s loads of patients to go through but you do wait a long time for a response that I didn’t get. I did eventually have to call them and they sorted my issue really quickly. But apart from that I do recommend this place if it’s somewhere you’re looking.
