I had an excellent experience with this clinic and wanted to highlight how impressive the entire team is. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally polite, efficient, and genuinely attentive. What stood out most was their proactive approach - they truly go out of their way to accommodate requests and ensure everything runs smoothly, rather than simply saying they will look into something and leaving it there. It’s rare nowadays to feel that a team is both highly professional and sincerely caring, but this clinic delivers exactly that. There was no need to chase for updates or assistance, everything was handled promptly and thoughtfully. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a well-run, patient-focused clinic. I would like to give a special thank you to Chloe for an outstanding experience. I have extremely difficult veins and have had blood tests done in some of the top hospitals in London, New York, Switzerland, and Italy. Yet this was genuinely the easiest blood test I have ever had! Chloe was calm, confident, and highly skilled, making a situation that is usually stressful for me feel effortless. She truly listened to the information I shared about my veins and took it into careful consideration, which made it possible to succeed on the first attempt - something that almost never happens in my case. Her professionalism and technique are exceptional, and I’m very grateful for the care she provided.
