I have consulted with Dr Lavan Varathan twice. His assessments of my symptoms by telephone have been accurate on both occasions. What impressed me the most was that the radiology referral he ordered pinpointed my issue whereas a previous service had returned normal. It is my opinion that Dr Lavan and the other doctors I have dealt with @ Gogodoc listen and apply their medical minds professionally, objectively & accurately. This is why I use them and will continue to do so.

The process to make an appointment was seamless through the website, and I was able to get a consultation within a couple hours. Most importantly, Dr. Varathan was exceptional. He took time to listen to my symptoms, ask pertinent questions, and then was able to give me a much greater understanding of what was going on with my back. He also helped educate me about the discs and spine which was very useful regarding both the diagnosis as well the treatment he prescribed. Lastly, he helped me understand what symptoms would require me to go to A&E if they arose. He knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and I felt confident I had received top notch medical care. Gogodoc has the highest recommendation I can give.

The staff were so helpful in assisting my husband in navigating the process to get a necessary prescription filled that he forgot from outside the UK. The telemed conference with Dr. Varathan was done expeditiously and they were all so kind. Five star service all the way! We highly recommend them.
