I had a really positive experience at my GP appointment. Dr Chughtai was kind, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely supported and reassured by the end of the appointment. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I really appreciated the level of care and attention I received and would highly recommend this practice.
