Easy Medical Centre

Charged prior, appointment changed twice. Last appointment was changed less than an hour before my test. I had already started making my way. I was informed they were short staffed but could attend and try. When I got there, there was no staff; so it was ZERO staff and NOT short staffed. When I initially discussed my concerns on the phone with “Ross”, he giggled when I told him this was the second time of postponement and that I had to keep coming out of work despite already paying £115 to a ‘Private Clinic’. I informed him that I did not think this was funny or professional. In addition, I asked for an immediate refund to be told I would have to wait at least THREE days. What kind of Private Clinic is this? Quick to take the money but delay refund. I went to Regent Clinic instead who were FIRST CLASS.

Avoid this company if you value professionalism and reliability. My experience with Easy Medical was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The company changed my appointment at the last minute. The following morning, I contacted them through their own messaging system to confirm whether I should still attend. Their system explicitly instructed me to pay the invoice to secure my appointment. I followed those instructions immediately, submitted proof of payment, and received confirmation that my appointment had been successfully booked. Based entirely on their confirmation, I took time off work, paid for taxis to and from the clinic, and travelled to my appointment—only to be told that the appointment could not take place. The most concerning part was not the administrative error itself, but the complete refusal to accept responsibility afterwards. I provided screenshots of the entire conversation clearly showing their own system instructing me to make payment and confirming my booking. Despite this evidence, they refused to reimburse even my modest £24 taxi expenses or offer any meaningful goodwill gesture. This demonstrates a worrying lack of accountability. If a company's own booking system cannot be relied upon, and the company refuses to accept responsibility when customers follow its instructions, it raises serious concerns about its customer service standards. Businesses make mistakes. Reputable businesses acknowledge them, apologise, and put things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Easy Medical. I hope future customers read the reviews carefully before deciding to book with this company.

I was so impressed with just how wonderful the staff were to my little boy who was terrified of having his bloods taken. They were absolutely wonderful with him, trying to keep him calm and explain everything to him, and we didn't feel rushed at all. The place was lovely and calming too. I highly recommend this clinic.
