i do not want even give this joke of a company one star but i am forced to in order to leave a review. SAVE yourself and your money and steer completely clear of this chaotic unprofessional setup if you value your career. After taking my money for advanced Botox and PRP training, they suddenly downgraded my booking, claiming they were only focusing on foundation levels and telling me to "call back in a couple of weeks" to see if they could bother to fit me in. their customer service disappears the second they have your cash. i have physically turned up for scheduled training days only to be turned away at the door because the place is run like a playground. i was literally told that staff members going MIA due to their personal lives is why nobody knew what was going on internally. it is a completely disorganized joke. Their website shamelessly brags that "new models will be available every 15-30 minutes" - this is a big lie that i have dated screenshots to prove. instead i arrived to find 6 to 7 students crammed into a tiny room like cattle, with some forced to stand in the hallway just to get a glimpse of what was happening. this is NOT hands on training, its an expensive overcrowded group observation and an absolute health and safety hazard. they are pumping out under-trained students which is terrifying for patient safety. On top of that they kept my money for theory modules where practical training and certificates were never delivered. when confronted with direct email proof, the owner who has also received an email from me, and the the customer service department flat out lied, claiming everything was provided. they refuse to check their own records, refuse to take accountability and have now stopped responding altogether like cowards. i subsequently went to Debut Academy and the contrast was absolutely humiliating for snatch and glow. Debut Academy proved what real, elite aesthetic training should look like, the education was flawless, the structure was incredibly organized, and they provided an abundance of actual hands on experience that made every penny and travel entirely worth it. they represent the absolute pinnacle of aesthetic training. whereas snatch and glow is tacky, backstreet cowboy operation that gives the entire aesthetic industry a bad name. they are thieves of time and money. Do Not risk your future here. To this day i still have not been given a partial refund for the modules i completed theory for but was never provided practical training on. i wonder if the greedy owner Kiana, would actually let me perform these procedures on herself based on the "training" they falsely claim i received. DO NOT GO HERE AS A CUSTOMER OR A STUDENT THIS IS NOT EVEN HALF OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Maria enough! I had my lips and nose filler done today and I’m absolutely obsessed with the results, they look perfect. It was my first time ever having filler, so I was really nervous, but Maria made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. She was so kind, patient, supportive and talked me through everything, making sure I felt at ease the whole time. Her attention to detail is amazing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients. I couldn’t be happier and I’ll 100% be coming back. I had an appointment today and I can’t express enough how disappointed and traumatised I’ve been left - The needles popped out twice and gone all over my face. The “practitioner” tried to brush it off both times. Even though the needle and filler could have gone in my eye. Blood was pouring out of my smile line like I’ve never seen before. Leftover Botox was just randomly injected around my face without even telling me where it’s going and why. The Botox that was done was extremely painful and I know for a fact Botox should not be that painful. When confronted she pulled out her phone to take pictures of my face as “evidence that nothing happened” after she had already cleaned all the blood and mess off my face. Clearly she wanted to lie about the fact that the needle had popped off TWICE. And went all over my face and near my eye. Please do not go here it’s not worth it.
