I had a genuinely upsetting and disappointing experience with Dr Baba, and I deeply regret choosing this clinic. Before the treatment, I clearly explained that I have hooded eyelids and wanted only a very subtle brow lift. Instead, the inner parts of my eyebrows dropped, and I lost most of the ability to raise the central and inner part of my forehead because this area had been almost completely immobilised. My neutral expression became noticeably harsher, more angry and unfriendly. When I smiled, it looked unnatural and honestly quite creepy because my eyes no longer joined in with the smile — they appeared completely disconnected from the lower part of my face. What concerns me most is that, in my experience, my face was not properly assessed before the treatment. At the follow-up appointment, Dr Baba said that he had assessed me using photographs taken before the procedure. During the treatment itself, he only asked me to make facial expressions when I was already lying down and he had started injecting. He did not first examine me upright, assess my natural facial symmetry or properly check which muscles I relied on to lift my eyebrows. The visible injection points also appeared uneven on the two sides, with some positioned approximately 1–1.5 cm above my eyebrows, in the area of the frontalis muscle responsible for lifting the brows. This is exactly where I later lost movement. When I asked why my forehead had been treated despite my warning about hooded eyelids and my request for a brow lift, Dr Baba told me that he had not forced me to have the procedure on the forehead and that I had not stopped him. I found this response shocking and completely inappropriate. Of course I did not stop him — I trusted him as the doctor to understand my anatomy and know which areas should or should not be treated. I could not reasonably be expected to supervise a medical professional and tell him where to inject during the procedure. When I asked whether an injection map showing exactly where the toxin had been administered, he told me that he did not need one. After the treatment went wrong, he did not offer a refund, compensation or any meaningful solution. His only suggestion was to use the back of an electric toothbrush to apply vibration to my forehead, which I found unconvincing and dismissive. The follow-up conversation was also extremely upsetting. I felt that he was dismissive and, at times, manipulative. Instead of properly addressing the visible changes and answering my questions, he repeatedly turned the situation back on me and made me feel as though I was exaggerating or imagining what had happened. This experience has seriously affected my confidence. What hurts most is not only the unsuccessful result, but the complete lack of responsibility and understanding afterwards. Based on my personal experience, I would never return to this clinic and would strongly advise others to think very carefully before booking treatment here. also had serious concerns about hygiene and medication handling during my appointment. Dr Baba put on gloves and then used the same gloved hand to open the clinical waste bin. He did not change his gloves or clean his hands afterwards and proceeded to inject my face. The BOTOX vial was already prepared when I arrived, with a large needle inserted into it. When I asked whether the vial was intended only for me, I was told that it was not and that I would have to pay extra for a vial used exclusively for my treatment. This was very concerning, as the official instructions for genuine BOTOX state that one vial should be used for one patient during one treatment session, with any remaining product discarded. Based on what I personally observed and was told during my appointment, I found the clinic’s hygiene and medication-handling practices very questionable. I later counted 18 very negative reviews out of 91 in total—almost 20%, or roughly one in every five reviews—which I wish I had noticed before booking.

Outstanding private medical service from start to finish. The booking process was simple and efficient, the appointment began right on time, and the doctor was thorough, composed, and truly attentive. I never felt rushed, just genuinely listened to. The entire experience felt both personal and highly professional.
