I’ve had such an amazing experience with shape8, it’s been 2 months and I’ve had great support with my eating, drinking and fitness. I’ve lost just over a stone and a half and have had so much help and support with my eating habits and I’m feeling so much better since starting my journey! I can’t recommend shape8 enough!!! The treatment was completely pain-free, the clinic is beautiful, and the ambience is so calm and welcoming. I felt really comfortable throughout and would highly recommend it.
