My osteopath has recently moved to this clinic (and is great, this review has nothing to do with her). When I arrived today, a few minutes early for my appointment, the clinic door was locked and there was no-one at the reception desk. I waited a few minutes, still no-one, so I called the clinic number given on the front door - no answer. A lady (Angela, I gathered her name was) finally opened the door when I’d been standing outside for 10 minutes, but offered no apology. I told her I’d been waiting outside for 10 minutes, she still didn’t apologise, just asked if I had an appointment. I did then say to her that it would be the normal thing when you’ve left someone waiting outside to apologise. She said she’d been assisting the dentist - still no apology! At that point, I’m afraid I told her that she needed to offer an apology and this was basic customer service. She did finally then say ‘Sorry to keep you waiting’ with absolutely zero sincerity. The clinic’s practitioners might be good but they need to train their reception staff better!

Their website was clear, informative, and easy to navigate, which gave me confidence in choosing them. I called to arrange an appointment with the dermatologist, and the process couldn't have been smoother. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to have the minor surgery on the same day as my consultation. The doctor was excellent, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure and providing clear aftercare advice, including guidance on when to return for stitch removal. The clinic was very clean, and all the staff were polite, professional, and welcoming. Overall, I had a very positive experience and am delighted with the outcome of the procedure. I would highly recommend Pitshanger Clinic.

I had a blood test which was quick and with no pain, as she has been very gentle. Recommend to anyone who wants to elevate their health and choose better for themselves. I’m very curious to try other treatment and procedures they offer!

I went for a dental issue just after they opened late last year, and was thrilled with the level of care from both the affable Angela at reception and the clearly very skilled Dr Stankiewicz. They consulted me on every stage of the procedure and provided honest but reassuring advice, and always made me feel very comfortable. They were also very transparent about fees, which was a huge draw as I always felt my previous dentist was very pushy in selling me things that weren't quite necessary! The clinic itself has recently opened, so benefits from very a clean and modern set-up, which is a lovely addition to their very reasonable prices. I was so impressed that I decided to come again, this time for a physio issue. I was seen by the similarly friendly and informative Cornell Gabriel, after overhearing the patient before me telling Angela how satisfied they were with their appointment with him. Can highly recommend if you want friendly, affordable and effective care.
