Always a pleasant experience at Dr Noor! Everyone is super friendly and attentive from the moment you step through the door. In my consultation, Dr Nasrina made sure to ask plenty of questions to truly understand my concerns to find out the best possible course of action which gave me the reassurance that she would help find the best possible solution. She ensured that I felt comfortable throughout and made multiple suggestions on what she recommended and explained in detail how each one would work if I wanted to go ahead with it. No pressure at all to have to go with something I wasn’t comfortable with and the decision is purely up to you. Dr Nasrina was very accommodating and understanding of my concerns which was very comforting and is always down for a good chat! The clinic is also always incredibly clean and you can tell they ensure hygiene is upheld at all times. I always know I’m in safe hands and would absolutely recommend Dr Noor to anyone looking for a skin care clinic!

I’ve been really happy with my treatments. I’ve had microneedling, polynucleotides and Botox with her, and everything has been done really well. I’ve been going to Dr Ruqiya for over 8 months now and will definitely continue. She’s so easy to talk to, really listens to what you want, and never makes you feel pressured into having anything done. She explains everything clearly, which I really appreciate. I also have to say, her skin looks amazing, and for me that’s a great sign! She’s knowledgeable, honest, and every appointment is genuinely enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend her.

I recently had a very comprehensive skin consultation, and a hair and scalp consultation as I’ve been losing my hair and have felt general fatigue and just not myself. Dr Nasrina Noor recommended some blood tests to fully understand why I’ve been feeling the way I have. Both consultations were incredible. She was very professional, explained throughly the treatment options and helped me choose the right one for my skin & hair. I had my blood test results within 48 hours and i was supplemented with vitamin IM’s. I then decided to tackle my skin so had microneedling and my first anti-wrinkle injections. I’ve never had any treatments before and she was very patient and very competent and eased all my anxieties and concerns. The clinic is clean, welcoming and inclusive. The staff were friendly, I was offered a warm drink while i waited and the whole experience from booking in, to being seen, to having the treatments were all very smooth. I’m so happy i chose Dr Noor Aesthetics- Ive felt cared for every step of the way. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and family and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks for an aesthetics clinic in London.
