Julia is so lovely and her work is just incredible. She is the best dentist I have ever had, having followed her from her previous practice. I would not let anyone else now look after my teeth!!

An exceptional experience from beginning to end I honestly cannot speak highly enough of The Door W4. From the moment my sister and I walked into reception, we were made to feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The level of professionalism, kindness and attention to detail was exceptional. Rebecca, Kellie, Hallie, Grace and Corina are such a wonderful family who work together, and they have a beautiful way of making you feel like family too. They were warm, respectful, attentive and genuinely caring throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We were offered a lovely selection of drinks, including tea, coffee and herbal teas, as well as biscuits. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to make us feel comfortable and at ease. I had my blepharoplasty with Dr Kalin, and I could not have wished for a better surgeon. He is incredibly professional and skilled, while also being funny, warm and reassuring. This made the whole experience so much more relaxed. I felt completely confident in his hands. What really stood out to me was that the care extended beyond me as the patient. My sister was made to feel just as welcome and was even given a wonderful treatment while she waited for me. That says so much about the ethos of this place. The Door W4 is somewhere where you feel genuinely cared for, not simply treated. The combination of exceptional surgical expertise, professionalism and such a lovely, compassionate family made the whole experience truly special. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Door W4 and would not hesitate to return. An outstanding experience in every respect. My experience at The Door W4 has been exceptional, and that's largely thanks to Dr. Julia. In my opinion, she is the heart and face of the practice. She is an outstanding professional with exceptional technical skills, whether it's dentistry, or aesthetic treatments. Every treatment is carried out with care. What truly sets The Door W4 apart, however, is the human side of the experience. Dr. Julia is kind, compassionate, and genuinely invested in her patients. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel completely at ease. Corina carried out my treatments brilliantly, as always, particularly focusing on the areas which need most attention. She has a lovely touch - gentle but also applying the perfect amount of pressure. Corina also explained everything at each stage of the treatments demonstrating her knowledge of the treatments & products as well as her faultless professionalism
