This clinic has been fantastic. The staff (Mandy and Co.) got me an appointment with a rheumatologist when I was struggling and needed treatment. Nothing is too much trouble, and communication has been excellent. Always helpful. Very pleased with this clinic and its services.

Have visited MUMS on a few occasions now, both for pregnancy scans and HCG blood tests. Blood tests always arrive the same day if not the next day and the sonographers are always friendly! Very efficient as well when it comes to booking appointments and there are often plenty of appointments available, prices are reasonable in comparison to other places. Can’t fault the place everyone is very helpful and I will definitely be back in the future.

I was really disappointed with the ultrasound ovarian scan. I went to MUMs clinic because I was frustrated waiting so long for the NHS to contact me following a referral and struggling with stomach pain. The scan took place and I was told it’s a completely normal scan and that I did not have PCOS (something I’ve suffered with for 16 years). So I rebooked at MUMs for a full abdominal scan to rule out any issues with my other organs, but didn’t find anything. I finally had my nhs scan come through which i decided to accept for a second opinion and I was told, I clearly had pcos (which I knew) and that my pains were down to pelvic congestion syndrome, which was also very clear. Feeling a little uncertain I then went to another private clinic in edgbaston for a third opinion, which matched with everything that the nhs had said. What makes this worse is that I paid more to have a consultant scan me, because the website said they were specialists in diagnosing pcos etc. Really sad to say, that I won’t be using them again, as I genuinely don’t have confidence in them. My proof of appointment confirmation- to provide assurance that my review is of true experience.

If I could give the clinic 10 I would! Beautiful experience from start to finish. From first contact the staff were so lovely. Reassuring and very knowledgeable. The clinic was stunning, impeccably presented and a bonus as the hot chocolate was perfect!! The Dr I saw was so professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience and would definitely make the journey up just to visit this clinic again! Thank you guys
