I honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough. My child recently had his circumcision here, and from the moment we walked through the doors, I felt completely reassured that I had made the right decision. Before choosing this clinic, I visited several others, but none of them gave me the same feeling of comfort and confidence. The team here were incredibly professional, welcoming and accommodating. They took the time to answer every question I had, no matter how small, and explained everything to me in such detail. As a parent, this meant so much to me because I never felt rushed or made to feel like I was asking too many questions. What really stood out was how confident and knowledgeable the staff were. You could tell they genuinely knew what they were doing, but at the same time, they were kind, patient and understanding. They made the whole experience feel much less daunting than I had imagined. They made it clear that they were there to support us afterwards too, not simply until we left the clinic or until a follow-up appointment. Knowing that I could reach out if I had any concerns gave me so much peace of mind. As a parent, you naturally want the very best for your child, and choosing someone to carry out a procedure like this can feel like a huge decision. I am so glad I chose Gentle Procedures.
