5 Stars for Rejiven8 Skin Clinic & Saima! I have had so many laser treatments at Rejiven8 Skin Clinic with Saima and I can’t recommend her enough. Saima is so professional, gentle, kind and makes you feel completely comfortable and safe from the moment you walk in. The Clinic is spotless, welcoming and very hygienic.
Read on Google ↗A Clinic that is treating and heeling my skin, through real diagnosis understanding and treatment. Ive struggled with hormonal acne for some time. Before finding Rejuven8 Skin Clinic I was having regular monthly Korean facials at another beauty place, but over time realised my skin wasn’t improving. A mate suggested I try rejuven8 and the reviews are really good. The first consultation was eye opening. Using professional imaging the practitioner showed me things no one had ever pointed out sun damage around my nose and physical trauma to my skin caused by the manual blackhead extractions during those Korean facials. I realised then that the glow I was seeing was temp surface level possibly from the truffle sprays used on my face and toners and products designed to give a temporary shine but do nothing below the surface. After the consultation I asked about a facial that could help. I was advised a facial which included steam, cleaning, blackhead removal which was very gentle and non tissue scarring combined with different light therapies all targeted at the actual layers of my skin treating inflammation bacteria, pigmentation from Inflammation and something else. The results surprised me. My skin has cleared up so much. It felt genuinely different and healthier. Lighter and less red. The glow was real not from truffle sprays or products but because my skin had actually healed through proper treatment. Rejuven8 medically diagnosed my skin first. They take before and after photos so you can clearly see the difference yourself. I feel a little foolish now for spending more money on previous facials that did nothing at all when this treatment has made such a real difference. The treatment I had was £49, the consultation was £50 but you can redeem it against a service. I did this and have £1 credit for my next visit. The other beauty place would charge £65 for a Korean facial. For £15 less I’m getting so much more here, medical advice with graded treatments and product support. If you want actual results rather than just a temporary appearance of better skin I cannot recommend Rejuven8 highly enough.
Read on Google ↗I genuinely feel misled and taken advantage of after my experience with this clinic. I had already read reviews warning people about situations like this, but unfortunately I still went ahead and, in hindsight, I feel like I fell into the trap. I am writing this review simply to warn others not to waste their money. I booked a nurse consultation for 11:00am and paid £50 in advance. At 11:09am, I called the clinic to explain that I was running approximately 5 minutes late, and I was specifically told that this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, I then had difficulty finding the entrance because of the signage outside the premises wich makes me confused with another business and I have got pics of that.. After parking, getting my baby out of the pram and finding the entrance, I arrived at approximately 11:20am. I was then told that my appointment had been cancelled and that my £50 would not be refunded. I was also told that they could not leave the appointment open for me to wait while another client finished because there was supposedly no space for me to wait. However, when I arrived, the waiting area appeared to be empty. If the clinic's policy is that arriving late results in losing the entire £50, that should be made absolutely clear when the customer calls to say they are delayed, especially when the customer has been told that there is no problem. I also have serious concerns about the authenticity of some of the positive reviews, as there appear to be reviews that raise questions about whether they are genuine. I would encourage anyone considering booking here to read the reviews carefully and make sure they fully understand the cancellation and late-arrival policy before paying anything. Personally, after this experience, I would not recommend this clinic. I simply do not want anyone else to lose £50 in circumstances similar to mine. FOR CLARIFICATION: I would like to clarify a few points, as I don't believe the owner's response accurately reflects what happened. I was told that my appointment could not be moved because I could not wait in the waiting area, and the lady therefore decided to cancel the appointment. I did not choose to cancel it. I then asked whether I would receive a refund if they cancelled it, and I was told no. I asked again whether there was any other option and was told there wasn't. Regarding the comment about children, I had not specifically noticed this point in the policy. I was inside with my baby, while my husband was outside the premises. If having the baby there was an issue, I don't understand why this was not simply explained to me or why the obvious alternative was not discussed. My husband could have stayed outside with the baby while I attended my appointment. I do not see why the presence of my baby needed to result in the appointment being cancelled without even discussing this option. I also never said that I couldn't find the business. We simply drove past it due to a visual misunderstanding with another business's sign. We realised, turned around and called immediately to inform them that we would be late. Finally, no service or procedure was provided. I completely understand deposits and cancellation policies, but this was not a cancellation or a no-show. We were delayed, contacted them in good faith from the beginning, and I was still willing to attend. I feel it is unreasonable to keep the full payment for a service that was never provided.
Read on Google ↗I’ve been coming to this skin clinic for over a year and it has genuinely helped me so much. The staff are always so welcoming, especially the receptionist, who makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The lead nurse has been amazing throughout my journey. She takes the time to understand your skin and carefully plans everything around your individual needs, rather than rushing you into popular treatments. She introduced products gradually, allowing my skin to breathe, and regularly reviews my progress. She’s also so easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable opening up. Overall, I’ve had such a great experience. My skin has improved dramatically and I feel so much more confident. I’m really grateful for the care and would highly recommend the clinic!
Read on Google ↗I had an electrolysis consultation booked for two days time, which is £35, the booking email is transparent and lists that cancellation is required 72 hours before or you lose your money, and the fee is non refundable. The salon wasn’t open Monday as it is a bank holiday, and they dont open tuesdays, i had to cancel my appointment as i have a cold which i did not wish to pass on to the staff, so just wanted to amend as opposed to cancel. unfortunately despite my cold and the fact that id still given 48 hours to cancel given the bank hol, they refused to defer my appointment and asked me to book again using a link for a further consultation for an additional £35 - while they are upfront about losing your money - i didn’t rebook as £70 for a consultation is unreasonable, its an odd approach to consultations given no treatment is provided, and for me the approach to clients isnt worth the money. There are other electrolysis places that offer free consultations but they are quite booked and im on a waitlist for two! But given my experience id rather go elsewhere - so be mindful, if you fall ill they wont alter for you, and if you do wish to book here maybe dont book as far as advance as me, as i couldn’t predict getting a cold
