Medefer

Excellent service with a very professional and caring team. The staff are quick to respond, appointments are scheduled promptly, and waiting times are minimal. The doctors and nurses take the time to listen carefully to patients and address all concerns. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this Medefer hospital.

I have found that medefer complicates the process of, going to the GP then referred to local hospital. How you have are dealing with appointments with Medefer so instead of having 2 appointments you need 3. I understand that the company is supposed to relieve some of the stress on the NHS but it complicates everything for the patient. If I had the option I would not use Medefer especially if you have a couple of medical conditions. On a bright side the staff have all been very helpful and polite including the consultants. So that is a positive.

The whole process has been very straightforward and so much quicker than waiting for a routine appointment at the local NHS Trust. I have been kept updated at every stage of my health journey and know that help is only a phone call away if needed. Would highly recommend this service to family and friends.

I have been waiting 12 months with the NHS .now I have been put over to medefer Yes the phone call came with A ENT specialist. Been waiting 5 month for a MRi Scan and tests. I have phoned up many times .No help .I am being to think its a age thing. You dont matter. I wish I was left on the Hospital waiting list. I might have been seen by now .I know there is people got worst things then me .
