I am very fortunately to have an excellent physiotherapist named Amir Mostead. He has a unique experience, I feel a lot better after 10 sessions of physio treatments, he hands on to massages the pains ftom my lower back and also has given the guidance to improve the pains. The quality of his work is fab. I will highly recommended to LIPs healthcare at Battersea Power Station. The receptionist team are helpful with their welcome faces that makes you feel comfortable and easy to approach.

Read on Google ↗I paid £190 on their website for a GP appointment on 5 August. They then emailed to say no GP was available. If you don’t have GPs, don’t take online bookings and payment. What followed is the real problem. No refund. No reply to my emails for two days. I went to the clinic in person and was told to send an email — reception said they couldn’t help with a refund. I’ve called repeatedly and been left on hold for 15 minutes at a time, despite them knowing exactly why I’m calling. On my last call I was promised it would be sorted within 30 minutes. At the time of posting this, still no refund. Taking payment for a service you can’t deliver and then making the customer chase you for their own money is not acceptable, and this is how a first-time patient is treated. I have every email, call log, and payment record, and I’m happy to post screenshots if this account is disputed. I’ve now escalated this as a formal Stage 1 complaint and to my card provider. Would not recommend until they fix their booking and refund process.
