La Rose Clinic

This was my first LPG session after 10 years, and I was honestly a little nervous. Cathy was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She listened to me carefully and did her job 100%. I noticed results after just the first session, which made me very happy and hopeful. I have a package of 10 sessions, and I really hope for great results by the end. So far, I feel very positive and excited about the process. Thank you, Cathy!

Fantastic massage with Hera. She expertly used a variety of techniques to relieve knots, increase mobility, and improve circulation - including lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and stretching. She checked in regularly to assess pressure, and I felt comfortable speaking up if I wanted more or less pressure which I never did - she got it perfect the whole time. The entire experience felt relaxing and restorative. She is clearly an expert masseuse. I will come back and recommend to friends !

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business. I booked a massage through their Instagram and paid a deposit in advance. My appointment was at 12:00, and I called ahead to say I’d be around 15–20 minutes late. They told me not to worry and to still come. When I arrived, there was a fire alarm going off. Instead of handling the situation properly, they told me to walk around for 30 minutes and come back. I did exactly that. When I returned, nothing had changed. The alarm was still going, and I was then told they didn’t know when it would be fixed and that I should come back another day. This is completely unacceptable. I travelled all the way from Vauxhall, spent money, wasted my time, and followed their instructions—only to be dismissed with no real solution. No effort was made to accommodate me despite the inconvenience they caused. I had to ask for a refund myself. Very unprofessional, disorganised, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to La Rose clinic today and was greeted by the receptionist Kim who was warm and friendly and very welcoming. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Hera and saw a difference on my stomach straightaway. I also had my pelvic floor tightened with the Emsella chair, Shane took me through the treatment and made sure I was very comfortable. I highly recommend this Clinic
