I wasn’t sure what to expect from the Fire & Ice facial, but I was seriously impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel comfortable and everything was explained clearly. The treatment itself was relaxing, with a refreshing cooling sensation after the warming part, and my skin felt incredibly clean and smooth afterwards. I noticed an immediate difference – my face looked brighter, healthier, and felt much softer without any irritation. Professional service, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be booking again.

Received a warm welcome by Naomi, as always. She instantly puts you at ease with her friendly and caring nature and always takes the time to listen to your skin concerns. Every treatment is customised to suit your individual needs, and her experience is always evident in the exceptional care/treatment she provides. I honestly wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. I'm just back from Fresh inc. Medispa . Read my review here. Jen was so calming and professional and put me at ease straight away. She talked me though my medical history, gave clear information on my procedure and any associated risk. She was absolutely brilliant during my procedure and very gentle. Overall, I am very happy I chose Jen from the booking list (recommended by my daughter). Also of note Jen's assistant was lovely. She helped keep me calm and chatted when I needed it.
