A wonderful experience from start to finish. I felt very comfortable in the confident hands of dr Sonia. I am very impressed with the results of my treatments.

Extremely rude front of office staff, I just called, 14:10 right now on 11th May 2026; I wanted to enquire if they provide Alluzience and not just Botox or even Dysport. Was told off and she was in a hurry to just hang up on me. I asked her politely that I cannot book a consultation without knowing if these neuromodulator are available or not as I didn't simply want a botox. She just said a flat no, after initially passive agressively shutting my enquiring down. If you don't want clients to enquire, why set up a practice in the first place? Such a shame, I sincerely hope this review is picked up by Dr. Liliana herself. I've got treatments from the top doctors in harley street and having moved to Edinburgh was looking for a similar client experience. Clearly not, your front of staff should be fired for losing a client. I'll ensure this negative experience reaches far and wide. Regards, Dr. Charmi Patel
