Had my first microneedling appointment with Joanna today and she was amazing. So knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible service with Joanna. She’s so warm and personable. We had a great conversation AND she completely revitalized my skin. It looks so much better, truly night and day. I also got to see the gunk that was in my skin and let’s just say I’ll be getting hydrafacials more regularly — especially if they’re the only thing that can truly help cure my congestion issues.

I had my first hydrafacial at Beyond, Ewelina was brilliant, she was very knowledgeable and guided me on the correct skin care products to use to enhance my facial. The clinic overall was nice, friendly and clean. I'll definitely be back and would recommend to friends and family!

Been going to Joanna at Medispa Edinburgh in Harvey Nichols for over a year for electrolysis & hydrafacials. Prior to electrolysis I had many laser treatments (in a different salon) which made my facial hair come back worse. Since going to Joanna and getting electrolysis, not only has my acne completely gone, my skin looks so much better and my facial hair is almost permanently gone (still undergoing treatment as it can take time for the hairs to go). I can say for 100% certainty that electrolysis has been the best treatment I have ever done and I wish I hadn’t wasted time on laser in the last (which I didn’t know can make facial hair worse). Not only is Joanna a pro at treatments (her hydrafacials are amazing too) her customer service skills are incredible and I always look forward to seeing Joanna! Thank you Joanna for the amazing service, treatments and helping me get my confidence back.
